What happens if I do not remit or pay my instalments on time?

Please contact us immediately if you cannot pay your instalments on time or in the full amount. This will enable us to find a solution for you.

If you do not respond, you run the risk that we might no longer be able to offer you the option of staged debt repayment. In this case, Riverty Back in Flow rescinds the contract regarding payment by instalments and the residual account, still outstanding at that point, falls due for payment immediately.
