Does Riverty Back in Flow need my prior consent in order to process my data?
Every company is entitled to call in the services of a lawyer or collection company with regard to outstanding claims. In the case of an - even contested - outstanding claim, the company should and has to forward personal data to Riverty Back in Flow. After all, these data enable us to contact you and to find a solution for the outstanding claim together. Your prior consent to forwarding of data to a legal service provider is not needed and is also not provided for under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
