What happens to my personal data?

If we have contacted you, a company has commissioned us to find a solution to settle an outstanding payment together with you. This concerns amounts which you would originally have had to pay to our contract partner.

In order to find a solution together with you, we must be able to contact you. Since there is a legitimate interest, the original contracting partner is permitted to forward your personal data, such as your name and address as well as the basis and amount of the claim and, if applicable, payment data, to us.
