Known limitations of the “Riverty Back in Flow” website:

1.    Language selection:: On mobile devices, the language selection is not always pronounced correctly.
2.    Error messages and notifications:
        a. Error messages are not always automatically read aloud by screen readers.
        b. Some error indicators are based solely on colour, which can cause difficulties for users with colour blindness or visual impairments..
        c. Error messages do not always work correctly on the “Forgot PIN” page.
3.    Graphical controls and alternative text:
        a. Some graphical controls have alternative text, but this is either not meaningful enough or only available in English.
        b. The Riverty logo sometimes has incorrect alternative text (e.g. "de.de" instead of "To the homepage").
        c. In the table of contents, clicking on a link scrolls the content too far, hiding it behind the fixed heading.
        d. In the payment options, info icons cannot be selected at times. This affects desktop use in particular.
        e. Some texts and graphical elements do not meet the required contrast ratio and are therefore more difficult to read. This mainly affects users with visual impairments.
4.    Keyboard and screen reader navigation:
        a. Info icons on several pages (e.g. payment options and payment page) are not fully accessible via the keyboard or screen reader.
        b. The language selection on mobile devices is not pronounced correctly by screen readers.
        c. The transfer information cannot be copied using the keyboard alone.
5.   Other functional limitations:
        a. On the ‘Back in Flow’ page, the carousel component does not work properly with assistive technologies.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies

The "Riverty Back in Flow" website is designed to be compatible with the following most commonly used assistive technologies:
