When you call, please have your reference number at hand, which you will find on our letter. For security reasons, we will ask you a few questions at the beginning to compare your data with the available information. We call this short check data matching.

Clarification of your questions

Depending on your concerns, we may need certain documents from you for clarification. You can then submit these documents to us by mail, e-mail or online in the logged-in area via "Messages".

Deadline expiration:
You have paid an arrears shortly before the expiry of a deadline and would like to send us the supporting documents.


Proof of transfer, e.g. a bank statement - additional information may be redacted.

Reclamation:
You reclaim the claim because you are still in clarification or have already clarified your objection with the creditor.


Correspondence and all documents that are important for traceability, such as a postal document, proof of return, return receipt, all correspondence with the company or a confirmation of the creditor.

Representation:
You are reporting on behalf of another person, such as a family member, caregiver, debt counsellor, or legal representative.
