I have already settled the account. What do I do now?

You have received a letter from us - but you have already paid the outstanding amount to your direct contract partner? Or you have made a payment direct to us - but your payment has not yet been deducted from the total? In this case, please send us a record of payment, such as a transfer voucher or a confirmation of receipt of payment.

If possible, you can upload the record directly in your personal area under "messages". We will look into the matter as soon as possible!

Please note: If your payment was received after we were commissioned, the default charges already incurred still have to be paid to us.
