Which data does Riverty Back in Flow store?

As a debt collection company, we are allowed to process all data necessary to collect a payment.

For example, this may include: Name, address, telephone number, reason for the claim and the amount and due date of the payment.

In addition, Riverty Back in Flow also determines, stores and uses further information that is necessary for the processing of the individual case, e.g. credit reports, address investigations as well as other data required for the assessment of the claim.

Prior approval of forwarding of data to a legal service provider is not necessary. This is also provided for in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), which refers to it as "data processing for the performance of a contract or for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the creditor" in article 6 section 1.

Unfortunately, we are not able to delete data prematurely for legal reasons.
